Young adult author Robin Bridges will be at Bay Books from 5:00-7:00 on Saturday, September, 14th to sign her book, The Morning Star.

Robin Bridges created a spellbinding world with dynamic characters in the first two books in The Katerina Trilogy, The Gathering Storm and The Unfailing Light, both published in 2012. This August, Delacorte Press will release the final installment in the young adult series, The Morning Star.

Katerina Alexandrovna, Duchess of Oldenburg, wants to be known as a doctor, not a necromancer. But Tsar Alexander III forbids women to attend medical school; his interest in Katerina extends only to her ability to raise the dead. Katerina thought she had bound the evil spirit Konstantin to the Greylands, the realm of the dead, but he has found a way out.
