Philip L. Levin, MD, will be signing his latest book, On a Mission, on Saturday, September 13, from 3:30 to 6:00 pm.

On a Misson tells of Dr. Levin’s three years of medical missionary work in rural Kenya in a two-hundred picture photojournalism. The book discusses the mechanisms of being a missionary, the aspects of the work he does in the hospital and orphanage, his water project, and ending with a section about the sights of Kenya and Tanzania. Only $12.50, all profits go to his missionary work. President of the Gulf Coast Writers Association and full-time emergency physician, this is Dr. Levin’s fifteenth published book.
